A friend was telling us about pink apples a few weeks ago, but I didn't realize how truly pink they were until I bought one at the farmers market this weekend. Beautiful! And not only that but soo tart and delicious.

Oh lovely!! The apples in our yard have streaks of pink in them..and I spent a good hour yesterday trying to research and figure out what variety they are (to no avail, alas)...as they are simply HEAVEN!! These are ever so pretty in pink!! :)
